Even when I’m on top of my healthy eating game, I still put creamer in my coffee because I love myself. After more recently becoming lactose intolerant, I started noticing how many coffee creamers are milk-based. And putting almond milk in my coffee at home somehow doesn’t taste the way it does when they do it at Dunkin’ Donuts. Am I right?

Dairy-Free Coconut Vanilla Coffee Creamer

You'll Need...

  • 1 can sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, soy, etc.)
  • 1 T vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste*


  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
  2. Shake until combined.

Additional Notes

*Add more vanilla to your liking! I love vanilla so I tripled that amount.

This can be made in a blender or mixed in a bowl if you do not have a jar.
